Give in to Temptation with a Devilishly Fun Lucifer Watch Party

At long last, Lucifer rises for his 10-episode, Netflix Original debut on Wednesday, May 8th. Of course, we’ve planned a fiendishly fun Wiretap watch party that you can join at any time.

Last spring, Lucifans took to social media when FOX cancelled the show following one hell of a cliffhanger. (Pun completely intended.) It wasn’t too long before the show was resurrected by Netflix.

Here’s the official logline and trailer for this fourth season:

Reeling from the aftermath of Chloe seeing his devil face, Lucifer faces a new challenge: Eve, the original sinner herself, is back. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago… or something else entirely?

“When the devil finds his first love, evil shall be released.” That doesn’t sound ominous at all. 😈

It looks like a love triangle is brewing, and while Chloe isn’t sure if she can accept Lucifer for who he really is, Eve thinks he’s just perfect. He’s torn between two worlds: giving in to his true nature while letting loose in LA with Eve, and continuing to embrace all of the good he’s done since Chloe came into his life.

Ten Netflix episodes let the writers move into a more serialized story that focuses less on the police procedural format. And by not being on network television, the writers can give us the darker, steamier show we’ve always wanted Lucifer to be.

Give in to your desires and join us for a Lucifer watch party beginning on Wednesday, May 8th. Add Wiretap to Chrome so you can comment on every debaucherous scene. And invite your friends to add their comments, too! We’re sure Mr. Morningstar himself would approve of an indulgent binge-watch sesh.

And if you need a little refresher before diving into this new season of Lucifer, allow our favorite fallen angel to give you the 411 on what went down in Seasons 1 through 3.
