Raising Dion, the highly-anticipated Netflix series based on the comic book by Dennis Liu, drops October 4th, 2019.
The nine-episode season, executive produced by Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther, Creed), is the story of Nicole, a woman raising her son, Dion, following the death of her husband, Mark. When Dion begins exhibiting some superhero-like qualities, Nicole must keep her son’s gifts a secret with the help of Pat (her late husband’s best friend), and keep Dion safe from people who want to exploit his abilities.
