Paul Rudd’s Living with Yourself Will Have You Seeing Double

What’s better than a series starring Paul Rudd? Double the Paul Rudd in the new Netflix series, Living with Yourself, coming Friday, October 18.

The eternally young Rudd stars as Miles Elliot, a man having a tough time with life until he visits a spa and undergoes a revolutionary treatment that promises to make him a better person. He wakes up to learn that he’s been replaced by a new version of himself … but the old version still exists! Over eight episodes and told from multiple perspectives, the two Miles go head-to-head in a battle for his wife, his career, and his identity.

It also stars Aisling Bea (The Fall), Alia Shawkat (Search Party, Arrested Development), and Desmin Borges (You’re the Worst).

This twisted, dark comedy with a hint of science fiction is Rudd’s first Netflix series since Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later. And while the premise of Living with Yourself is very intriguing, you also have to wonder why Rudd would be heading to a rejuvenating spa when he already looks like he’s found the Fountain of Youth! If anything, it’ll have us questioning the value of the self-help craze, especially when it’s taken to the theoretical extreme of cloning yourself.
